David completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts as a gold medallist at the University of Toronto, where he majored in Modern Languages and Literatures, and he went on to earn a Master’s degree in Latin American literature. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986.

David was a partner at Rachlin & Wolfson LLP for many years and subsequently joined Zuber & Company LLP in 2013. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and particularly insurance litigation, at all levels of the Ontario courts, covering a wide range of subject matter, including construction law, personal injury, commercial liability and complex coverage issues. He has a special interest in appeal work.

David is trilingual [English, French and Spanish] and if he had not become a lawyer he would likely have been a professional tennis-player.
