Daniel A. Fiorita
Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Guelph prior to attending Queen’s University Law School and graduating with his LL.B. in 2006. Upon the completion of his articles with a large national firm, he was called to the bar in 2007 and subsequently joined Zuber & Company LLP as an Associate. Daniel has been made a Partner at Zuber & Company LLP since 2012. He works primarily in the areas of Active Insurance Defence, Subrogation and Plaintiff practice.
Daniel has several recent Quicklaw citations, some of which include: Raponi v. John Doe #1,  O.J. No. 2802; Tesfaslasie v. Bursey,  O.J. No. 6613; and Tesfaslasie v. Bursey,  O.J. No. 995. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association.
Daniel was born in Milton, Ontario. He is married and a father to two beautiful children. Outside of law, Daniel is an active golfer and hockey player.
