Ashley practices civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence. She acts for clients in a range of areas including personal injury, disability, property damage, occupiers’ liability, insurance coverage and professional negligence. Ashley regularly appears as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Prior to joining Zuber & Company LLP in 2019, Ashley practiced with a leading insurance defence firm in Toronto. In 2014, she graduated from Western Law School. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.

One of Ashley’s notable cases is:

McGregor v. O’Sullivan Animal Hospital, [2019] O.J. No. 6844 – acted for veterinarian, veterinarian technician and veterinarian clinic where summary judgment was granted.
