Allison is an associate at Zuber & Company that practices exclusively in civil litigation, with several successful appearances in both Superior and Divisional Court. She has extensive experience in a wide range of tort matters, including: personal injury, occupiers’ liability, property, construction, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, long term disability, professional negligence, corporate commercial, subrogation, accident benefits, homeowner’s and general liability insurance claims. She also has experience defending long-term care and nursing homes in class action and mass tort litigation.
Allison graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2010, having completed a year abroad at L’Université Catholique de L’Ouest in France. She received her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014, where she obtained a certificate in International Business Law as part of the Queen’s Global Law Program at Herstmonceux castle in Sussex, England. She was called to the bar in 2015, and worked as counsel for an international insurance company in downtown Toronto prior to joining Zuber & Company.
Allison is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Young Women and the Law, and The Advocates Society. Outside of work, Allison enjoys choral singing and musical theatre, playing tennis and squash and volunteering in the community.
