Allison is an associate at Zuber & Company with a broad insurance defence litigation practice, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability, product liability and property damage. She regularly appears before various levels of Ontario courts and tribunals. Prior to joining Zuber & Company as an associate in 2017, she worked as counsel for an international insurance company in downtown Toronto.
Allison received her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014, where she obtained a certificate in International Business Law as part of the Queen’s Global Law Program at Herstmonceux castle in Sussex, England. While at law school, she volunteered as a Student Advocate, representing students at Disciplinary Hearings and as Chair of the Student Animal Law Association. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2010, having completed a year abroad at L’Université Catholique de L’Ouest in France.
Allison is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Young Women and the Law, and The Advocates Society. Outside of work, Allison enjoys choral singing and musical theatre, playing tennis and squash and volunteering in the community.
