Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from York University prior to attending the University of Windsor Law School and graduating with an LL.B. in 2004. Upon completion of his articles with a national firm, he was called to the bar in 2005 and subsequently joined Zuber & Company LLP as an associate.

Joseph has appeared as counsel before a variety of courts, administrative and disciplinary tribunals. His litigation experience includes appearances before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as judicial review before the Ontario Divisional Court. His involvement in all stages of civil litigation includes drafting appeals to the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Joseph works primarily in the areas of insurance defence litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury (including disability claims), and commercial law. In addition, he is an appointee of the Governor-In-Council, as a Chairperson of the Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security Act Review Tribunal (Etobicoke Region).

He is a member of the Toronto Medico-Legal Society, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association.
