Joseph completed his articles with a national firm and was called to the bar in 2005. He then joined Zuber & Company LLP as an associate.

He has conducted trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has also appeared before the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Additionally, he has drafted appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Joseph works mainly in the areas of insurance defence litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and commercial law. He also sits as Chairperson on the Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security Act Review Tribunal.

He is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals, and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
