Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from York University prior to attending the University of Windsor Law School and graduating with an LL.B. in 2004. Upon completion of his articles with a national firm, he was called to the bar in 2005 and subsequently joined Zuber & Company LLP as an associate.

Joseph has appeared as counsel before a variety of courts, administrative and disciplinary tribunals. His litigation experience includes appearances before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. His involvement in all stages of civil litigation also includes drafting appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Joseph works primarily in the areas of insurance defence litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury (including disability claims), and commercial law. In addition, he sits as Chairperson of the Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security Act Review Tribunal (Etobicoke Region).

He is a member of the Toronto Medico-Legal Society, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
