Maggie received her B.A. from York University in 2004, graduating with a major in Psychology. She went on to obtain her LL.B. from the University of Windsor and her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2007. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.

Maggie now focuses her current practice on insurance defence litigation, including property damage claims, construction, personal injury litigation, motor vehicle tort, water-related matters, accident benefit claims and occupiers' liability.

She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
