Joshua received his B.Sc. (Honours) from the University of Waterloo in 2002. He then studied at Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating with a J.D. in 2007. Prior to articling Joshua travelled to Chongqing, China, to teach Canadian Common Law at a premier Chinese Law School. Upon his return to Canada, Joshua articled with a leading Canadian personal injury firm and was called to the Bar in June 2009.
Joshua joined Zuber and Company in May, 2011, and his practice now focuses on insurance litigation with a particular emphasis on defending motor vehicle tort and occupiers' liability claims. In addition to practicing with Zuber and Associates, Joshua teaches part time at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, Internationally Trained Lawyers Program, where he assists international lawyers qualify for the Ontario Bar.
