Tracey completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Criminology at the University of Toronto, St. George Campus. She attended Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2000 and was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 2002.

She articled at a boutique litigation firm and practiced in general litigation prior to joining Zuber & Company LLP in 2007. She now focuses her current practice on insurance defence litigation, including property damage claims, construction, personal injury litigation, motor vehicle tort, water-related matters, accident benefit claims and occupiers' liability

Tracey is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association.
