Rovena studied law at Queen’s University for several years. She obtained her LL.M. from Queen’s Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2008, after articling with the National Judicial Institute in Ottawa. Rovena completed her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Tirana in Albania and bolstered her legal education through studies in other European countries. She has worked in various capacities with national and international organizations.

Rovena works primarily in the areas of insurance defence litigation, including personal injury claims, motor vehicle tort and occupiers’ liability claims. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
