Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Guelph prior to attending Queen’s University Law School and graduating with his LL.B. in 2006. Upon completion of his articles with a large national firm, he was called to the bar in 2007 and subsequently joined Zuber & Company LLP as an Associate.

Daniel works primarily in the areas of insurance defence litigation, including personal injury claims, motor vehicle torts and occupiers’ liability claims.

Daniel is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association.
