Lou obtained his LL.B. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 1999 and was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.

Lou has enjoyed a varied practice, encompassing the areas of commercial, administrative, employment and insurance defence litigation. As a result, he has gained significant trial and appellate experience after having appeared before many tribunals and all levels of courts in Ontario.

Lou's practice is focused on litigation involving commercial disputes and insurance defence, including motor vehicle tort, personal injury and commercial general liability.

Lou is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
